The factory uses steel as the main raw material and has production processes such as machining, welding and testing. It can provide a one-stop service of plan formulation-price budget-drawing design-equipment processing-quality testing-installation in place. The factory has independent legal personality, is an excellent private enterprise engaged in the manufacture of chemical machinery, and has obtained the special equipment manufacturing qualification certificate issued by the state, grade D1, D2, the first type of pressure vessel, the second type of low and medium pressure container. The manufacturing license number is: TS2244087-2023. The registered capital is 1 million yuan, and the fixed assets are 1.4 million yuan. The company covers an area of 5400 square meters, the workshop area is 2800 square meters, and the X-ray non-destructive inspection exposure room is 52 square meters in line with environmental protection regulations.

Course

1. In 2010, it manufactured 10 sets of 100m3 fermentation tanks and a batch of supporting equipment such as sterilization tanks and seed tanks for the expansion project of Xinghu Biological Technology Nucleotide Base.

2. In 2010, it manufactured a batch of evaporation kettles, stirring kettles, raw material tanks and heat exchangers of various specifications for Zhuhai Wantong Chemical.

3. From 2010 to 2012, manufactured a batch of 5m3, 30m3 fermentation tanks and supporting equipment for TY Biological Engineering Co., Ltd.

4. In 2011, it manufactured 3 100m3 alcohol tanks and 100m3 liquid caustic soda tanks for Hercules (Chemical) Jiangmen Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ashland Group. In 2004, a 150m3 alcohol tank was manufactured.

5. In 2011, two three- and four-effect concentrated steel frames were manufactured for the new project of Guangxi Nanhua Sugar Industry Fusui.

6. In 2012, 13 sets of equipment including liquid separation tank were manufactured for Qianxin Chemical Industry.

7. In 2013, one set of 2200m3 storage tank was produced for Xinhui Meida and Jiangmen Qianxin Chemical Development Co., Ltd.

8. In 2013, we produced 33 heat medium expansion tanks and other equipment for Guangzhou Kingfa Technology.

9. In 2013, we produced a batch of butanol tanks and acetic acid storage tanks for Qianxin Huizhou Shengda Chemical.

10. In 2014, we exported 6 sets of 52 cubic agitating crystallization vats to Indonesia.
